Yellowfin tuna can be found off the coast in certain areas of Florida, but they require a long run into deeper water. They are worth the effort given their drag-searing runs and the fact that they make fantastic table fare. Yellowfins can weigh anywhere from a few pounds to more than 200 pounds -- with rare giants pushing 400 pounds.
